Motorcar Parts of America to Host Next CFO Council Meeting, March 16

Chief financial officers and other leading financial executives from MERA member companies are invited to join their peers for the next MERA CFO Council meeting on March 16, 2016, at Motorcar Parts of America, Torrance, Calif.

The agenda will feature a discussion on software selection for the remanufacturing enterprise. The group will take a deeper look at a topic that was raised during the member roundtable discussion at the last council meeting in 2015. Shawn Parks, council co-chairman and CFO, Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing, will support the discussion, which will be led by a subject matter expert from RSM.

The meeting will conclude with a networking dinner, which will take place following an overview of the remanufacturing operations of Motorcar Parts of America. David Lee, chief financial officer, and Kevin Daly, chief accounting officer, both with Motorcar Parts, will be our hosts. 

The MERA CFO Council provides a forum for chief financial officers and other senior finance executives to address issues of common interest, share best practices, benchmark business performance and advance the remanufacturing industry. Council membership is open to remanufacturer and supplier members of MERA. In lieu of individual meeting registration fees, annual council dues cover logistics and other meeting expenses.
