MERA President and COO John Chalifoux provided an update on the Manufactured Again™ campaign during opening remarks at Heavy Duty Dialogue on Jan. 23, 2012, in Las Vegas. The conference is an annual event hosted by the Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association, an affiliated association of MERA.

Two days later, during the MERA Sales & Marketing Council meeting on Jan. 25, council members discussed plans to advance a certification program. “The remanufacturing industry has really embraced the Manufactured Again™ initiative,” Chalifoux said. “MERA members are excited about launching the certification component in 2012.
